Family Therapy / $250 / 50 min
All families face challenges. Family therapy creates space for each voice to be heard and for the family system to heal and grow together. Our work will be grounded in an understanding of your family’s unique values and dynamics, cultural background, and lived experiences.

As your therapist, I hope to assist you in strengthening your relationship with yourself, while also gaining mental health skills and knowledge.
I primarily work through a Humanistic lens, where you're the expert on your own life and empathy is at the heart of our work. That said, everyone is unique, so your treatment plan should be too. Depending on your needs, I may also draw from approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Expressive Arts, Mindfulness, Solution-Focused Therapy, and more.
