Additionally, it’s helpful if you feel comfortable using a virtual platform and can stay present during your sessions, as the effectiveness of therapy relies on your active participation.

Telehealth offers many benefits, including convenience and flexibility. You can join your therapy appointment whether you’re at home, at the office, or in your parked car. It also allows you to access any California-licensed therapist, even if they aren’t in your immediate area. It can be a valuable option if you prefer the comfort of your own space or if you have a busy schedule that makes in-person sessions challenging.

I don’t bill insurance directly, but I’m happy to provide a superbill (a detailed receipt you can submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement). Coverage varies, so I recommend checking with your insurance provider to see what out-of-network benefits they offer.

Yes. I believe that finances shouldn’t be a barrier to receiving meaningful support. I offer a limited number of sliding scale spots based on need. If the standard fee is out of reach for you, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We will talk about your situation and explore the options together.

I accept all major debit and credit cards. I also accept FSA and HSA cards. Payment is collected automatically at the time of each session.

I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session. That way, the time can be made available to someone else who’s hoping to meet. I understand that life happens, just reach out as soon as you can so we can plan accordingly.

To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment to avoid being charged the full session fee. A missed session (no-show) is also subject to the full session fee.
